There is a flat rate return shipping fee of $4.99. Items featuring automatic or coupon discounts of 40% or greater, are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned. Clearance items and those explicitly marked as Final Sale on the product page are also ineligible for return or exchange.

To qualify for a return, please ensure that all products are unused and in brand-new condition, with all original packaging and hygiene protectors in place, just as you received them.

Select the “Request Return” option.

Choose the items you want to return, provide the reason, and submit the request.
