Fit, fabric, or feel — not what you expected

We issue 110% store credit — the full amount you paid, plus 10% extra. This is the only resolution available for non-defective returns. A member of our team will reach out personally to help you find the right piece.

Defective item?

Arrived damaged or not as described

This is the only case where a full refund to your original payment method is issued. Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery — we handle the rest, including return shipping.

Item condition Unworn, unwashed, tags attached, hygiene liner intact.

Final sale items Not eligible for return or credit. Always noted clearly on the product page.

Return shipping Once your return is approved, we send you a prepaid shipping label. No upfront cost to you.

Store credit Issued as a WOAHCO gift card. Never expires. Use on anything, anytime.

International returns Accepted. Customer responsible for return shipping and customs fees.

Shipping origin Orders ship directly from designer ateliers in Colombia and Latin America.

Find your order

Click the order and select "Request Return."

Select items

Choose what to return and provide a brief reason.

Submit

We review and respond within 1–2 business days.
