Some items in our collection are made-to-order. These pieces are crafted especially for you and may require additional production time beyond our standard shipping window. Any made-to-order items will be clearly noted in their product description.

Common questions
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly, but reach out to us immediately at your earliest opportunity and we'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship internationally to most countries. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.
My tracking hasn't updated — what do I do?
Tracking can sometimes take 24–48 hours to update after your order ships. If it still hasn't moved after that, reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.
